Whether you’re a runner, swimmer, cyclist or love a hike, there are a range of fundraising challenges you can take on to raise money for our charity. If you have another unique fundraising idea that isn’t listed here, get in touch and we’ll do our very best to make it happen.
run a 10K, half or full marathon
Whether you want to take on a 10K, Half or Full Marathon, there are running events all over the country tailored to your level that let you raise money for charity. Have a look at the upcoming running opportunities below or find a local event here.
take on a cycling challenge
Why not take on a cycling challenge to help us fundraise? Cycling is a brilliant fundraising idea and you not only get to exercise but also have the chance to see some beautiful landscapes.

take your challenge to the water
If you prefer water to land, take your fundraising challenge to the water. There is an impressive range of swimming events all over the UK, including open water swims which you can find out more about here.
take on a tough mudder
Get muddy and take part in a series of obstacle and mud runs that will push your physical and mental limits without the pressure of competition. This is a great fundraising challenge built on teamwork and overcoming obstacles and you get to raise money for charity as part of it. Find your next Tough Mudder or Tough Mudder 5K here.
hike or walk
Another fun way to fundraise for us is to take on a hike or walk and build your own rewarding adventure. Pick a route and off you go, raising money for charity along the way.
