Total Insight Theatre is governed by a Board of Trustees who are united by a passion to provide creative opportunities for children and young people, no matter their start in life or current situations.
John Palmiero — Chair
John is a semi-retired Global Financial Technology Executive. He has 30 years experience in driving change, building trust and implementing best practices, focusing on growth through people development, which is reflected in his coaching and mentoring skills. John volunteers his time for various charities including Total Insight Theatre, Sporting Bears and is on the Executive Board of his local Community Association.
Sophie Hamlet
Sophie is a Technical Manager and also has experience as an Audit Senior. She particularly enjoys training and mentoring in her work, and was shortlisted for Mentor of the Year at a recent manager’s conference. Sophie has developed a keen interest in the nonprofit industry, particularly relating to arts and culture, and enjoys giving back to local communities by engaging in voluntary work.
Aurora Horwood
Aurora is Head of Communications for the Centre for Public Impact with a successful track record of working in the non-profit, public and private sectors in the UK, Europe and Asia. She is a strong all-round media and communications professional with expertise in strategic communications, public relations, digital communications and marketing.
Rajib Banerjee
Rajib has over 10 years of experience working in financial services. He is the UK & Ireland Compliance Officer at multinational technology company, SAP, where he is also the Employee Network Group Lead for Cultural Diversity & Inclusion in the UK & Ireland. He has a strong legal and compliance background and as an experienced trustee in the arts, which he uses to assist the charity in developing strategy.
Lara Alake
Lara is a history of art student with over 6 years of experience supporting young people with their educational attainment and their mental health and wellbeing in community-based projects. After being a part of the National Portrait Gallery’s Youth Forum, Lara has developed a keen interest in increasing diversity and engagement within arts and culture.
