Our work wouldn’t be possible without the united efforts of our behind-the-scenes team. 

Total Insight Theatre is governed by a Board of Trustees who are united by a passion to provide creative opportunities for children and young people, no matter their start in life or current situations.

John Palmiero — Chair

John is a semi-retired Global Financial Technology Executive. He has 30 years experience in driving change, building trust and implementing best practices, focusing on growth through people development, which is reflected in his coaching and mentoring skills. John volunteers his time for various charities including Total Insight Theatre, Sporting Bears and is on the Executive Board of his local Community Association.

Sophie Hamlet

Sophie is a Technical Manager and also has experience as an Audit Senior. She particularly enjoys training and mentoring in her work, and was shortlisted for Mentor of the Year at a recent manager’s conference. Sophie has developed a keen interest in the nonprofit industry, particularly relating to arts and culture, and enjoys giving back to local communities by engaging in voluntary work.

Subhash Goswami

Subhash has extensive experience in business development, commercial and operational management, as well as finance operations, and currently works as the Chief Operating Officer for Sovereign Health Group, a global healthcare and software firm. Having worked in various leadership and operation roles in London, Poland, USA, and India, Subhash is a mentor at the Prince’s Trust and enjoys experiencing arts and culture in his spare time.

Natalia Gubbioni

Natalia is Deputy Programme Director and Head of Impact & Learning at leading human rights organisation, Amnesty International, and has a wealth of experience in designing and implementing monitoring and evaluation frameworks for nonprofit organisations. In previous roles, she has supported public authorities and third sector organisations in a range of areas, including crime prevention, youth employment and social inclusion, ensuring projects benefit those they set out to reach.

Priya Nair

Priya is an experienced finance professional with over 12 years of history in various finance roles ranging from Reinsurance to Public Sector. With qualifications like the CFA and CIMA, she believes that continuous learning and development is the key to staying motivated and enthusiastic about any role and that does not have to be confined to classroom learning since developing any skill and especially the skill to express oneself through art, is something that should be given its due importance. She loves travelling, staying fit and solving puzzles.

Aurora Horwood

Aurora is Head of Communications for the Centre for Public Impact  with a successful track record of working in the non-profit, public and private sectors in the UK, Europe and Asia. She is a strong all-round media and communications professional with expertise in strategic communications, public relations, digital communications and marketing.

Rajib Banerjee

Rajib has over 10 years of experience working in financial services. He is the UK & Ireland Compliance Officer at multinational technology company, SAP, where he is also the Employee Network Group Lead for Cultural Diversity & Inclusion in the UK & Ireland. He has a strong legal and compliance background and as an experienced trustee in the arts, which he uses to assist the charity in developing strategy.

Lara Alake

Lara is a history of art student with over 6 years of experience supporting young people with their educational attainment and their mental health and wellbeing in community-based projects. After being a part of the National Portrait Gallery’s Youth Forum, Lara has developed a keen interest in increasing diversity and engagement within arts and culture.

Kim Rana

Kim is a Civil Servant working in strategic communications for large campaigns. She has experience writing and directing children’s theatre with friends, with her most recent production focussing on climate change and deforestation. Having only discovered her passion for the arts recently, Kim is committed to ensuring that other young people don’t miss out on the opportunities theatre can bring.
