Total Insight Theatre is an arts charity that creates insightful theatre that matters for children and young people from disadvantaged backgrounds.

Working in partnership with local authorities, schools, youth centres, and voluntary and cultural organisations, we deliver social change through arts interventions that reach children and young people in their local communities to raise aspirations, build stronger communities, and nurture active citizenship and participation.

In line with our charitable objects, our activities include touring performances that address social issues, workshops and after-school programmes that (1) provide equal opportunities for experiencing arts and culture, (2) encourage learning about culture, tolerance and good citizenship, and (3) encourage confidence and empowerment.

Some of our partners include:

“Thank you for providing the workshop! The children and adults loved it!”

We offer a range of bespoke workshops for schools, libraries and organisations working with young people. We take an inclusive approach to drama and our workshops are designed to be accessible to all regardless of age or ability. They can cover a range of topics and are tailored to meet your specific needs.

Our bespoke workshops include:

Please note that we place great emphasis on safeguarding the children we work with. All our workshop leaders and assistants are, therefore, fully trained and have valid enhanced DBS certificates.
